One (easily adjust for more servings)
salmon, skinless filet
handful of salad greens
cherry tomatoes (halfed)
olive oil, extra virgin
sheet cedar paper (soaked)
How to Make Salmon Salad
1Soak cedar paper for 10 minutes.
Zest 1 lemon
Juice 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
marinade Salmon in lemon zest and lemon juice
Let rest while cedar paper is soaking.
place Salmon on Cedar paper and girl on both sides till done to your liking.
(about 10 minutes each side) (I use a flavowave oven at 400 degrees)
2prepare salad using greens (your choice), radish, cucumber.
3Mix red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, oregano, garlic paste, water. (let rest 5 minutes)
Whisk in Olive Oil.
Place Grilled Salmon on top
Drizzle Dressing over the Salmon and Salad
