Ingredients

1 1/2 lbsock eye salmon
-
1 cgrated beets
-
1 bag(s)spinch/arugula mix
-
2 tblschopped sundried tomatos
-
1juice from 1 lemon
-
2 tspbasil
-
2 tspdill weed
-
pinchpepper
-
pinchseasalt
-
2 cquinoa, cooked
How to Make Salmon salad
- place salmon in baking dish , put the dill basil seasalt and the pepper all over fish.
- Cover the salmon with the spinich arugula mix, then the sundried tomatoes , and then the grated beets. Squeeze lemon all over the dish .
- Cover with foil and then cook in 450 oven for about 15 minutes or till fork tender.
Take out of oven and place on top cooked quinoa .
