chopped sundried tomatos
1place salmon in baking dish , put the dill basil seasalt and the pepper all over fish.
2Cover the salmon with the spinich arugula mix, then the sundried tomatoes , and then the grated beets. Squeeze lemon all over the dish .
3Cover with foil and then cook in 450 oven for about 15 minutes or till fork tender.
Take out of oven and place on top cooked quinoa .
