Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sock eye salmon
- 1 cup grated beets
- 1 bag spinch/arugula mix
- 2 tbls - chopped sundried tomatos
- 1 - juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tsp - basil
- 2 tsp - dill weed
- pinch - pepper
- pinch - seasalt
- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
How To Make salmon salad

Step 1place salmon in baking dish , put the dill basil seasalt and the pepper all over fish.

Step 2Cover the salmon with the spinich arugula mix, then the sundried tomatoes , and then the grated beets. Squeeze lemon all over the dish .

Step 3Cover with foil and then cook in 450 oven for about 15 minutes or till fork tender. Take out of oven and place on top cooked quinoa . Enjoy its delicious : ) and very healthy
