This is a quick and easy recipe. My 1 year old daughter gobbles this healthy dish right up ..so with that said this dish is kid tested and approved

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
sock eye salmon
1 c
grated beets
1 bag(s)
spinch/arugula mix
2 tbls
chopped sundried tomatos
1
juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp
basil
2 tsp
dill weed
pinch
pepper
pinch
seasalt
2 c
quinoa, cooked

How to Make Salmon salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1place salmon in baking dish , put the dill basil seasalt and the pepper all over fish.
  • 2Cover the salmon with the spinich arugula mix, then the sundried tomatoes , and then the grated beets. Squeeze lemon all over the dish .
  • 3Cover with foil and then cook in 450 oven for about 15 minutes or till fork tender.
    Take out of oven and place on top cooked quinoa .
    Enjoy its delicious : ) and very healthy
