Ingredients For salad of black beans, hearts of palm and corn

16 ozcan black beans, rinsed

10 ozfrozen corn, thawed and drained

1 canhearts of paln, drained and cut in 1/4" rounds

2 lgtomatoes, seeded and diced

1/2red onion, minced
-
1/2 cchopped fresh cilantro

1/4 colive oil
-
3 Tbspfresh lime juice

1 tspground coriander
How To Make salad of black beans, hearts of palm and corn

1Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season salad with salt and pepper. Can be made a day ahead.
