Ingredients
- 16 ounces can black beans, rinsed
- 10 ounces frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 can hearts of paln, drained and cut in 1/4" rounds
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 - red onion, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
How To Make salad of black beans, hearts of palm and corn

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season salad with salt and pepper. Can be made a day ahead.
