Step 1Zest Orange and Add to Olive oil and let stand for 30 Minutes.

Step 2Combine all Ingredients in a salad Bowl, toss and Chill for 30 Minutes.

Step 3Spritz with Olive oil & Orange Zest Vinaigrette.Toss & Serve.
