Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby romaine
  • 1/4 cup avacodo
  • - pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 large oange, (lemon or lime)

How To Make romain summer salad

  • Step 1
    Zest Orange and Add to Olive oil and let stand for 30 Minutes.
  • Step 2
    Combine all Ingredients in a salad Bowl, toss and Chill for 30 Minutes.
  • Step 3
    Spritz with Olive oil & Orange Zest Vinaigrette.Toss & Serve.
