Ingredients

  • 5 medium reddish sliced
  • 3 bunches basil, fresh red and green
  • 2 tablespoons dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

How To Make reddish salad

  • Step 1
    Wash all the herbs (vegetables). Slice all the reddish-head to 1/8 thick
  • Step 2
    Chop all the fresh herbs and end of all the reddish to fine pcs
  • Step 3
    Place all sliced reddish and chopped herbs into a bowl and then add lemon juice, oil, seasoning, black pepper, mint and mix them good.
  • Step 4
    Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. When take out mix them again and serve it cold, and eat it cool and fresh.
