  • 5 medium
    reddish sliced
  • 3 bunch
    basil, fresh red and green
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried mint
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Reddish salad


  1. Wash all the herbs (vegetables).
    Slice all the reddish-head to 1/8 thick
  2. Chop all the fresh herbs and end of all the reddish to fine pcs
  3. Place all sliced reddish and chopped herbs into a bowl and then add lemon juice, oil, seasoning, black pepper, mint and mix them good.
  4. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. When take out mix them again and serve it cold, and eat it cool and fresh.
