- 3 bunches basil, fresh red and green
- 2 tablespoons dried mint
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh

How To Make reddish salad

Step 1Wash all the herbs (vegetables). Slice all the reddish-head to 1/8 thick

Step 2Chop all the fresh herbs and end of all the reddish to fine pcs

Step 3Place all sliced reddish and chopped herbs into a bowl and then add lemon juice, oil, seasoning, black pepper, mint and mix them good.

Step 4Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. When take out mix them again and serve it cold, and eat it cool and fresh.
