- 16 ounce packages cole slaw mix
- 10 ounce packages frozen peas (thawed)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (without shells)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 cup white vinegar

Step 1Mix together the vegetable oil, sugar, poppy seeds, mustard, salt, grated onion, and white vinegar. (This dressing can be made ahead).

Step 2Combine the slaw mix, peas, and sunflower kernels. Pour the dressing over and mix very well.
