How to Make Presto Spinach Salad

  • 1In a shaker jar combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and mustard. Shake well.
  • 2Divide spinach among four salad plates. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle wit the walnuts, cranberries and goat cheese (if desired).
  • 3Notes:
    • the original recipe says the goat cheese is optional, but in my opinion, it really makes the salad.
    • I used lite sour cream and it was fine.
