IN SUMMER TIME IS THIS SALAD VERY REFRESHMENT AND IT IS VERY HEALTHY.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams cooked divined prawns
  • 1 bag mixed green salad
  • 1 medium lebanese cucumber (washed and shaved with potato peeler)
  • 1 medium red capsicum( washed and cut into smaller pieces)
  • 1 can red beans(drained and rins under cold water)
  • 1 can chick peas 400 g(rins under cold water)
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage(shredded)
  • 1 can corn kernels 300 g (drained )

How To Make prawns salad

  • Step 1
    MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN MEDIUM BAWL WITH DRESSING.
  • Step 2
    DRESSING 1 CUP OF MAYONNAISE 1 TABLESPOON OF TOMATO SAUCE SALT PEPPER MIX ALL TOGETHER,MAKE A DRESSING
  • Step 3
    PUT INTO FRIDGE TO COOL IT FOR A WHILE,THEN SERVE ON A PLATE.
