- 1 bag mixed green salad
- 1 medium lebanese cucumber (washed and shaved with potato peeler)
- 1 medium red capsicum( washed and cut into smaller pieces)
- 1 can red beans(drained and rins under cold water)
- 1 can chick peas 400 g(rins under cold water)
- 1/2 cup red cabbage(shredded)
- 1 can corn kernels 300 g (drained )

Step 2DRESSING 1 CUP OF MAYONNAISE 1 TABLESPOON OF TOMATO SAUCE SALT PEPPER MIX ALL TOGETHER,MAKE A DRESSING
