Pepper Slaw

This is the perfect slaw to take to outings and not have to worry about keeping it cool. It even gets better as it sits!

Ingredients

6 ccabbage, shredded

2 cred or green peppers thin sliced

1-1/2 cthin sliced celery

1 conion thin sliced

1 ccup shredded carrots

1/2 cvegetable oil

1-1/2 tspcelery salt

1 tspcracked pepper

1/2 tspcelery seed

2 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspcider vinegar

1 Tbspdry mustard
How to Make Pepper Slaw
- Toss vegetables together in a large mixing bowl .Combine remaining ingredients ;pour over vegetables.Toss to mix. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to blead flavors.
