I worked at Miller Meats and made all of their salads . I loved this one as it had the swiss cheese instead of cheddar .

Ingredients For pea salad with swiss

  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon fried and crumbled
  • 6
    hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 10 oz
    frozen peas
  • 1
    red onion finely chopped
  • 8 oz
    swiss cheese cubed small
  • 1 c
    miracle whip
  • 1 tsp
    spicey brown mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make pea salad with swiss

  • 1
    Thaw frozen peas .Fry up your bacon and Boil your eggs . Chop up your onion and cube your cheese . When all is cool and peas thawed place in bowl . In seperate bowl mix the dressing , then add to your ingredients .
