Ingredients For pea salad

  • 3 slice
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas
  • 1 c
  • 1/2
    head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 4
    carrots, shredded
  • honey

How To Make pea salad

  • 1
    Brown bacon and break into bits. Cook frozen peas according to pkg. directions. Cool. When cold mix peas with mayonnaise. Layer lettuce, carrots and peas in a square dish. Lightly drizzle honey on layers. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Cover and chill. Makes 4-6 servings.
