  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 4 c
    frozen peas thawed
  • 8 slice
    bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1/2
    red onion chopped
  • 6 oz
    american cheese chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    parsley chopped
  • 1 c
    cashew pieces

How to Make Pea & Cashew Salad


  1. Mix the sour cream. mayo, and vinegar together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and stir in the dressing. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve.
