Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) le suer peas
- 1 can (16 oz.) white corn
- 1 small jar chopped pimentoes
- 1 cup chopped celery (3 ribs)
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon each: salt and pepper
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make pea and corn salad

Step 1Put the vinegar, water, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and sugar into a pan and bring to a boil. When the sugar dissolves, remove pan from heat and cool.

Step 2Drain the peas, corn, and pimentoes and add to the celery, peppers, and green onions.

Step 3Pour cooled liquid mixture over the other ingredients. Put into the refrigerator and chill for 24 hours.
