A variation on the classic TABOULI Salad by using 1/2 PARsley and 1/2 KAle ala PARKABOULI. I make even healthier by adding 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- 1 bunch chopped scallions
- 2 medium chopped fresh tomatoes
- 4 bunches chopped radish
- 2 medium chopped celery sticks
- 1 medium chopped cucumber
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ev olive oil
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 cup soaked and drained cracked bulgar wheat

Step 1Soak Bulgar Wheat in water to start

Step 2Chop all other ingredients as seen in photo

Step 3Add Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Lemon Juice, Oil and mix thoroughly then drain Bulgar Wheat and add and mix
