A variation on the classic TABOULI Salad by using 1/2 PARsley and 1/2 KAle ala PARKABOULI.
I make even healthier by adding 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric.

chopped kale
1 c
chopped parsley
1 bunch
chopped scallions
2 medium
chopped fresh tomatoes
4 bunch
chopped radish
2 medium
chopped celery sticks
1 medium
chopped cucumber
1 c
lemon juice
1/2 c
ev olive oil
1 pinch
salt to taste
1 pinch
pepper to taste
1 pinch
1 c
soaked and drained cracked bulgar wheat


1Soak Bulgar Wheat in water to start
2Chop all other ingredients as seen in photo
3Add Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Lemon Juice, Oil and mix thoroughly then drain Bulgar Wheat and add and mix
