A variation on the classic TABOULI Salad by using 1/2 PARsley and 1/2 KAle ala PARKABOULI.
I make even healthier by adding 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric.

chopped kale
1 c
chopped parsley
1 bunch
chopped scallions
2 medium
chopped fresh tomatoes
4 bunch
chopped radish
2 medium
chopped celery sticks
1 medium
chopped cucumber
1 c
lemon juice
1/2 c
ev olive oil
1 pinch
salt to taste
1 pinch
pepper to taste
1 pinch
turmeric
1 c
soaked and drained cracked bulgar wheat

How to Make PARKABOULI

Step-by-Step

  • 1Soak Bulgar Wheat in water to start
  • 2Chop all other ingredients as seen in photo
  • 3Add Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Lemon Juice, Oil and mix thoroughly then drain Bulgar Wheat and add and mix
