Ingredients

  • 1 package (10.5 oz.) shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/8 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 can (12 oz.) mandarin oranges, well drained and chilled
  • 3/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds
  • 1/8 cup ken's sesame ginger lite salad dressing or to taste

How To Make oriental slaw

  • Step 1
    Combine first four ingredients then cover and chill. Before serving add the chilled oranges and diizzle with the salad dressing, a little at a time--avoid saturation. Toss with almonds.
  • Step 2
    ***For a main course, add cooked chicken, shrimp or pork.
