Perfect for a spring luncheon! Very simply made, but so yummy!

hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
mayonnaise, i used light mayo
yellow mustard, like french's
stalk celery, finely chopped
How To Make
Place eggs in a lg bowl and mash w/ a masher. Add all ingredients except for paprika. Mix well. Cover, chill 10 mins. Sprinkle w/ paprika.
Serve on lettuce leaves, or on bread as sandwiches.
