Ingredients

1 mediumhead cabbage
-
1 bunchscallions (green onions)

6 ozslivered almonds
-
1 Tbspsesame seeds
-
1 pkgramen chicken flavored noodles (not cooked)

DRESSING INGREDIENTS

3 Tbspwhite vinegar
-
3 Tbspsugar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1chicken flavor packet from ramen noodles

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How to Make Moe's Slaw
- Toast almonds and sesame seeds on a cookie sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Stir every 3 minutes or so. Do not let burn.
- Using a food processor, shred cabbage and scallions. Place in a large bowl.
- Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and flavor packet together. Place in a jar with lid or a salad dressing mixing container. Make sure to mix well right before dressing slaw. (Do not use until right before serving to keep ingredients crisp and crunchy)
- Crush the uncooked noodles and mix in slaw with the almonds and sesame seeds when ready to serve. Pour dressing on top and mix well.
