mississippi cornbread salad
This was given to me by a dear friends many moon ago.It is a little different but it make for a good salad. So I hope you like it. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 box jiffy cornbread, mix,bake,according to pkg.
- 1 package ranch style dressing mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 large tomatoes,chopped or 1 can diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper or green bell,chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions,chopped
- 2-------16 ounces pinto beans, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 10 slices bacon,cooked and crumbled
- 2 cans whole kernal corn, drained
How To Make mississippi cornbread salad

Step 1Stir together salad dressing mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until blended; set aside.

Step 2Combine tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions, gently toss.

Step 3Crumble half the cornbread into a 3 quart trifle bowl or a large salad bowl.

Step 4Top with half each of beans, tomato mixture, cheese, bacon, corn, and dressing mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and chill 3 hours.
