- 12 ounces finely shredded red cabbage
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 1/2 cup chopped candied walnuts
- 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
