Ingredients
- 2 bunches fresh kale,stems removed
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste or 1 filet diced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt,(optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
How To Make massaged kale salad

Step 1Tear the kale leaves into bite size pieces,rinse with cold water and drain well,pat dry if needed.

Step 2Combine all of the other ingredients in a large enough bowl to hold everything. Whisk the dressing first,then add the kale and massage the dressing into the kale using your hands until it reduces to about half.

Step 3Serve with warm pita bread slices and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese,enjoy!!! :)
