Delicious salad when you want something a little different.

2 bunch
fresh kale,stems removed
1/2 c
parmigiano-reggiano, grated
1/3 c
olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 c
lemon juice, fresh
3 clove
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 tsp
anchovy paste or 1 filet diced fine
1/2 tsp
fresh ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
1 1/2 Tbsp
sesame seeds toasted

How to Make Massaged Kale Salad


  • 1Tear the kale leaves into bite size pieces,rinse with cold water and drain well,pat dry if needed.
  • 2Combine all of the other ingredients in a large enough bowl to hold everything.
    Whisk the dressing first,then add the kale and massage the dressing into the kale using your hands until it reduces to about half.
  • 3Serve with warm pita bread slices and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese,enjoy!!! :)
