Ingredients
- 1 - green bell pepper chopped
- 1 - med. onion chopped
- 3 - ribs of celery chopped
- 1 - 7 oz. jar pimiento's undrained
- 1 can cut green beans
- 1 can sweet green peas
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
How To Make maryrose's chopped salad

Step 1Start by putting 1 c. of sugar in sauce pan with 1/2 c. salad oil & the 3/4 c. cider vinegar bring to boil cook 5 minutes turn off heat.

Step 2Mix the rest of the ingredients together pour dressing over place in fridge & cool.
