mark's brocolli salad

This recipe was given to me by my friend Mark, hence the name. The combination of ingredients is slightly different from most broccoli salads and makes for a wonderfully different taste. I have found this to be my favorite. Hope you try and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 large broccoli, bunch, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup toastd sunflower seeds
- 1 cup fresh red seedless grapes, halved
- 12 ounces package bacon, chopped
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make mark's brocolli salad

Step 1Fry bacon crisp and drain on paper towels, set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl combine broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, grape halves, and drained bacon.

Step 3In another bowl mix, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Pour over vegetables and bacon, mix to coat vegetables well. Chill at least 2 hour before serving.
