mama's broccoli & cauliflower salad
This tasty salad is a crowd pleaser! It's got lots of crunch, and healthy fat as well at protein! I make it at least once a month and everyone at my church loves it!

Ingredients
- 2 large broccoli crowns
- 1 large cauliflower head
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar or keto friendly sweetener
- 1 large bag bacon bits or 1lb fresh cooked bacon bits
- 5-8 ounces sunflower seeds, pecans, or other nut you prefer. this sis good with pistachios as well!
How To Make mama's broccoli & cauliflower salad

Step 1In a large bowl, Break broccoli and cauliflower into bite size prices.

Step 2Add bacon, cheese and nuts.

Step 3In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, ACV and sweetener until smooth. Then pour over ingredients and mix gently until all veggies are coated.
