Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined cooked jumbo shrimp
- 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms, halved
How To Make make-ahead marinated shrimp

Step 1In a large plasric bag, combine first eight ingredients. Add the shrimp and mushrooms. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Turning occasionally. Makes 5 cups.
