Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb
    peeled and deveined cooked jumbo shrimp
  • 3/4 lb
    fresh mushrooms, halved

How To Make

  • 1
    In a large plasric bag, combine first eight ingredients. Add the shrimp and mushrooms. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Turning occasionally. Makes 5 cups.
