This is a great dish to have on hand when you just want to nibble and not feel guilty!

Ingredients

  • - head of cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
  • - head of broccoli, broken down into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, cut in half or quartered
  • 1/4 pound green onions, cleaned and cut into bitesize pieces
  • - carton of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 - sweet green bell pepper, broken down into bite size pieces
  • 1 large bottle low cal italian dressing

How To Make low cal vegetable salad

  • Step 1
    Clean and cut veggies into chunks or bitesized pieces.
  • Step 2
    Marinate overnight in 1/2 a large bottle of your favorite low cal Italian dressing.
