Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons vegenaise or mayo if preferred
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or equal amount of garlic paste
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (2 1/2 lemons)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil, light
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make lolly's caesar dressing

Step 1Place 4 tbsp Vegenaise or Mayo, 2 tsp Dijon, 3 pressed garlic cloves, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 2 tsp. anchovy paste in the bowl of electric food processor.

Step 2Process until smooth and well blended. While food processor is still on, very slowly pour in 1 1/2 cups of olive oil. Process until thick & creamy.

Step 3Add parmesan cheese and pulse 6 or 7 times. Keep refrigerated in clean pint jar. So easy and Yummy....
