Lolly's Caesar Dressing
4 Tbspvegenaise or mayo if preferred
2 tspdijon mustard
3 clovegarlic, pressed or equal amount of garlic paste
1/3 cfresh lemon juice (2 1/2 lemons)
1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper
2 tspanchovy paste
1 1/2 colive oil, light
1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese
How to Make Lolly's Caesar Dressing
- Place 4 tbsp Vegenaise or Mayo, 2 tsp Dijon, 3 pressed garlic cloves, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 2 tsp. anchovy paste in the bowl of electric food processor.
- Process until smooth and well blended. While food processor is still on, very slowly pour in 1 1/2 cups of olive oil. Process until thick & creamy.
- Add parmesan cheese and pulse 6 or 7 times. Keep refrigerated in clean pint jar. So easy and Yummy....
