Ingredients
- 2 cups arugula/spinach mix
- 4 ounces salmon filet
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 - small orange, sectioned
- 1 - lemon, juiced
- 2 dashes salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
How To Make lemon salmon salad

Step 1Prepare salmon on stovetop. I just seasoned mine with a little salt and pepper. Cook for about ten minutes, flipping halfway through.

Step 2On a plate, add lettuce, orange, and almonds.

Step 3In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 4Once salmon is cooked, chop and add to salad. Drizzle lemon juice mixture over top of salad and toss.
