    arugula/spinach mix
  • 4 oz
    salmon filet
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt
  • 1 dash(es)
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    almonds, chopped
  • 1
    small orange, sectioned
  • 1
    lemon, juiced
  • 2 dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil

How to Make Lemon Salmon Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare salmon on stovetop. I just seasoned mine with a little salt and pepper. Cook for about ten minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. On a plate, add lettuce, orange, and almonds.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together lemon juice olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Once salmon is cooked, chop and add to salad. Drizzle lemon juice mixture over top of salad and toss.
