Ingredients

  • 1 large orange (peeled and wedges cut into thin slices)
  • 1 large granny smith apple peeled, cored and cut into small slices
  • 2 medium mangos (peeled cut up into bite size pieces)
  • 1 - banana (peeled and sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (washed & sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups grapes (washed & cut in half)
  • 1 can diced pineapple & the juice (in its own juices)
  • 2 - kiwi (peeled & thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 can goya cream of coconut (mix the can well so you get the natural fatty sugar that raises to the top of the can and cakes above the clear liquid)
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1/2 - lemon squeezed for its juice and pulp

How To Make la vonne's fruit salad

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl put all the ingredients and fold all the fruit together and serve
  • Step 2
    If you want to add raisins it is a great touch; melons, mangos or passion fruit makes it taste so much better but you have to make sure they are in season to enhance the taste of the fruit salad.
