Ingredients
- 5 cups coarsly shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups coarsly shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make l . a . slaw

Step 1Place first four ingredients in a very large bowl and toss until well mixed.

Step 2To prepare dressing, combine vinegar,sugar,oil,dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt and pepper in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil and sugar dissolves.

Step 3Add to cabbage mixture and stir until well blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Preferably overnight. Enjoy!
