kim's coleslaw broccoli style
This is not your typical coleslaw that grandma made years ago. It's sweet, creamy and has a nice hint of horseradish and apple to it. I didn't add any onions to it, but I think it would be delicious with minced onion and or green onions. Enjoy! It's a nice summer side dish.

Ingredients
- - 1 bag broccoli slaw mix
- 1 - macintosh apple chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups kraft mayo with olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 dash salt & pepper
How To Make kim's coleslaw broccoli style

Step 1In a large bowl, mix the horseradish, sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice into the mayo.

Step 2Peel and core the apple, and chop. Add the apple and the broccoli slaw to the mayo mixture. Gently stir, to make sure the mayo is evenly distributed.

Step 3Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Cover and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
