This is not your typical coleslaw that grandma made years ago. It's sweet, creamy and has a nice hint of horseradish and apple to it. I didn't add any onions to it, but I think it would be delicious with minced onion and or green onions. Enjoy! It's a nice summer side dish.

1 bag broccoli slaw mix
macintosh apple chopped
1 1/2 tsp
horseradish sauce
1 Tbsp
1/4 c
apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 c
kraft mayo with olive oil
2 tsp
lemon juice
1 dash(es)
salt & pepper

How to Make Kim's Coleslaw Broccoli style


  • 1In a large bowl, mix the horseradish, sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice into the mayo.
  • 2Peel and core the apple, and chop. Add the apple and the broccoli slaw to the mayo mixture. Gently stir, to make sure the mayo is evenly distributed.
  • 3Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4Cover and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
