Ingredients

  • 1 package 16 oz. coleslaw mix or 1/2 large head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

How To Make keto coleslaw

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl with a lid, combine cabbage and onion.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage/onion mixture in bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Cover and chill 1-2 hours or even overnight (even better if chilled overnight). Stir before serving.
