Ingredients
- 1 package 16 oz. coleslaw mix or 1/2 large head cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced or shredded
- 1/4 cup stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
How To Make keto coleslaw

Step 1In a large bowl with a lid, combine cabbage and onion.

Step 2In a medium bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage/onion mixture in bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3Cover and chill 1-2 hours or even overnight (even better if chilled overnight). Stir before serving.
