Kentooee Salad

Chris Edwards

This recipe if from a friend of ours in Oregon. This recipe was always a favorite at potlucks. He always told us that there was a "secret ingredient" and we would beg him to tell us. Years ago, shortly before he passed away he finally divulged the secret.
It is the mint!
Rest in peace Ken Smith. Your recipe remains the favorite of many!
