Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh kale, chopped or torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 - lemon
- 1 3/4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 - pear
- 5 - chives, chopped
- 1/3 cup walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- - salt and pepper
- 4 slices lemon
How To Make kale & pear salad

Step 1Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon into a medium sized bowl.

Step 2Add olive oil, cinnamon, salt & pepper if desired. Whisk together.

Step 3Add kale & toss gently.

Step 4Top with pear, chives, walnuts or pecans & feta cheese. Toss gently just before serving.

Step 5Decorate with slices of lemon.
