  • 1 bunch
    fresh kale, chopped or torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2
  • 1 3/4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
  • 1
  • 5
    chives, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    feta cheese
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 4 slice

How to Make Kale & Pear Salad


  1. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, cinnamon, salt & pepper if desired. Whisk together.
  3. Add kale & toss gently.
  4. Top with pear, chives, walnuts or pecans & feta cheese. Toss gently just before serving.
  5. Decorate with slices of lemon.
