fresh kale, chopped or torn into bite-sized pieces
1 3/4 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper
How To Make
Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon into a medium sized bowl.
Add olive oil, cinnamon, salt & pepper if desired. Whisk together.
Add kale & toss gently.
Top with pear, chives, walnuts or pecans & feta cheese. Toss gently just before serving.
Decorate with slices of lemon.
