Ingredients

1 bunchfresh kale, chopped or torn into bite-sized pieces

1/2lemon
-
1 3/4 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 tspcinnamon

1pear
-
5chives, chopped
-
1/3 cwalnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped

1/4 cfeta cheese
-
·salt and pepper

4 slicelemon
How to Make Kale & Pear Salad
- Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon into a medium sized bowl.
- Add olive oil, cinnamon, salt & pepper if desired. Whisk together.
- Add kale & toss gently.
- Top with pear, chives, walnuts or pecans & feta cheese. Toss gently just before serving.
- Decorate with slices of lemon.
