this is my recipe for a wonderful salad mix thanks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound white mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
  • 4 ounces spinach chopped
  • - juice from 1 lemon
  • - olive oil to taste
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - wedge parmesan cheese

How To Make italian mushroom salad

  • Step 1
    using a sharp knife, slice the mushrooms thinly and arrange them in a layer on a serving platter. scatter the spinach chopped over top.
  • Step 2
    squeeze the juice of lemon over top drizzle sme olive oil over top season with salt and pepper to taste. using a peeler shave the parmesan evenly over top. serve
