This recipe comes from my husband's family, im sure there are other's out their. but this is how his mom made it.

    grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 2
    cucumber's peeled and sliced
  • 1
    onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 bunch
    fresh parsley chopped
  • 2
    clove's garlic minced
  • ·
    black pepper to taste
  • ·
    accent to taste
  • ·
    garlic power to taste
  • ·
    olive oil
  • ·
    apple cider vinegar to taste

How to Make Italian Cucumber & Tomatoe Salad


  1. do not mix in a metal bowl. as you can see all the spices are to taste.
  2. mix all of the ingredients adding oil & vinegar last. careful not to make it to soupy. mix well and let set a couple of hours.
  3. this can be eaten with any meal, or with good itlian bread. we eat it just this way some times.
