- 1/2 cup sliced thin red onion
- 2 medium cucumbers diced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, cut up in small pieces
- 1 large lemon , freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic,chopped

Step 1Combine freshly squeezed Lemon, Cut up garlic,Olive oil in a Large Bowl

Step 2Add the Bread pieces and Marinate for about 10 or 13 Minutes

Step 3Add rest of the ingredients, toss gently, and let sit at least 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors
