iris's broccoli cole slaw
We had some friends over one night to eat and everyone brought a dish. Iris brought this Broccoli Cole Slaw. I got the recipe and it has been one of my favorites. This is a great side dish with BBQ Chicken or Ribs. Enjoy1

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- pinch sugar
- 1 package broccoli cole slaw mix (in grocery store produce section)
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 1/3 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 package maruchan ramen oriental noodle soup
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
How To Make iris's broccoli cole slaw

Step 1Mix together the apple cider vinegar, canola oil, sugar and the package of seasoning mix that came in the noodles. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2Toast almonds. Break up noodles (do not toast noodles or sunflower seeds).

Step 3Just before serving, add toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, noodles, sliced green onion and refrigerated dressing. Mix well.
