Iris's Broccoli Cole Slaw

1/4 capple cider vinegar
1/2 ccanola oil
1 pkgbroccoli cole slaw mix (in grocery store produce section)
1/3 cdry roasted sunflower seeds
1 pkgmaruchan ramen oriental noodle soup
1/4 csliced green onion
How to Make Iris's Broccoli Cole Slaw
- Mix together the apple cider vinegar, canola oil, sugar and the package of seasoning mix that came in the noodles. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Toast almonds. Break up noodles (do not toast noodles or sunflower seeds).
- Just before serving, add toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, noodles, sliced green onion and refrigerated dressing. Mix well.
