  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves, crushed

How To Make indian cucumber salad

  • Step 1
    Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and slice thinly.
  • Step 2
    Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl, add cucumbers and stir together.

    Chill at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
