A good recipe for summer! Why the name? I don't know. This was a friend's mother's recipe and she doesn't know either. One thing for sure. It's loved by all and also makes a great covered dish!

    cold cooked corn, cut from the cob
  • 1
    medium cucumber, diced
  • 1
    medium green pepper, diced
  • 1
    medium mild onion, diced
  • 1
    large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 c
    celery, diced
  • ·
    1/2-3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Indian Corn Salad


  1. Place all vegetables in a large bowl. Slowly add mayonnaise until you have desired amount. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  2. Spoon into pretty glass dish, cover, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
