A good recipe for summer! Why the name? I don't know. This was a friend's mother's recipe and she doesn't know either. One thing for sure. It's loved by all and also makes a great covered dish!

Ingredients For indian corn salad

1 3/4 ccold cooked corn, cut from the cob

1medium cucumber, diced

1medium green pepper, diced

1medium mild onion, diced

1large tomato, diced
-
1/2 ccelery, diced
-
1/2-3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make indian corn salad

1Place all vegetables in a large bowl. Slowly add mayonnaise until you have desired amount. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

2Spoon into pretty glass dish, cover, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
