This is my own original version of a healthy veggie salad I created. I made this for a family gathering and everyone enjoyed it and gave out the recipe to several family members. I hope everyone enjoys this as much as we do.

brocoli finely chopped
baby carrots, shredded
finely chopped purple onion
cheddar cheese, shredded
apple cider vinegar
How To Make
Mix the first seven ingredients together.
Mix up the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add to the salad. Mix gently. Refrigerate.
This is better made a day in advance to allow the dressing to marinate the veggies.
