green bell peppers
1 medium
sweet onion
2 medium
cabbage heads
1 large
lettuce head
2 c
karo syrup
2 c
white wine vinegar
1/4 c
vegetable oil

How to Make Health Salad


  • 1Wash all veggies.Clean bell peppers,cabbages &lettuce.Chop all veggies(even lettuce)in food processor like for coleslaw.In large bowl mix veggies with syrup,oil,& vinager.Store in a gal size container in fridge.A gal jar works great.Make at least 1 day ahead for best results.Dip out with slotted spoon.Goes with most any thing!!!
  • 2For diabetics delete kyro & add sweetner to taste.
