- 5 cups seedless watermelon balls
- 12 cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoons crumbled tomato basil feta cheese
- 11 mint leaves torn

How To Make gazpacho salad

Step 1To make the dressing, add the balsamic vinegar and sugar to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer until thick and syrupy, about 10 minutes.

Step 2To make the salad, divide all ingredients between 4 bowls. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle the balsamic dressing over top.
