Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon sumac (optional)
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup watercress
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
How To Make gavurdagi salad

Step 1In a small glass, mix oil and pomegranate molasses until blended. Set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix the chopped onions with the spices and seasoning.

Step 3Add the tomatoes, parsley and walnuts to the onions. Add the oil mixture and toss gently.

Step 4Stir in the watercress and combine well. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the salad and serve.
