It's a unique twist on coleslaw. Great use of the noodles that have no seasoning packet because a teenager has stolen it when eating the ramen noodle soup and wanted two packets of seasoning in their soup. LOL

Ingredients
- 1 pound shredded cabbage
- sunflower seeds
- 4-6 small green onions, chopped finely
- 1 package ramen noodles (buy a package of chicken flavored ramen soup and save the chicken seasoning packet for something else).
- DRESSING:
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons accent
- 1 cup salad oil
- 8 tablespoons rice vinegar
How To Make fumi salad

Step 1Toss together the above, adding the sunflowers seeds and raw-uncooked Ramen noodles (broken up).

Step 2Shake dressing well and pour just enough on the salad to moisten and to taste.

Step 3Serve immediately.
