this is a real good and easy slaw its good with anything you want to fix it with

Ingredients

  • 1 can 20 ozs pineapple tidbits or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 3 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can 15 ozs mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1- 6 ounces yogurt, low fat

How To Make fruited slaw

  • Step 1
    drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of juice. stir lemon juice into reserved pineapple juice, add banana slices.
  • Step 2
    in a large salad bowl, combine cabbage, oranges, walnuts, raisins, salt, and juice mixture. add yogurt. toss to coat. chill until serving.
