frozen cranberry salad
I found this recipe I've had a long time and it came from a Lady in Ark. I haven't tried it but sounds really good so will make it this Thanksgiving. I hope you find it interesting to.

Ingredients
- 1---16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
- 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 20 ounces can pineapple tidbits
- 2 - bananas--diced
- 8 ounces tub of whipped topping
How To Make frozen cranberry salad

Step 1Blend cream cheese,lemon juice and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add walnuts, pineapple tidbits and bananas, folding in gently. Fold in cranberry sauce and whipped topping

Step 2Pour into a 9x9" Pyrex dish. Freeze

Step 3Remove from freezeer about an hour before serving time to thaw enough to cut in to serving size. Serve on a lettuce leaf. Top with a dollop of whipped topping and a few sprinkles of walnuts. Enjoy
