Found this recipe through church. Surprisingly good and its healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 package broccoli florets
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 box golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds or pecans
  • 2 - apples, diced
  • 4 ounces cheese, schredded, optional
  • DRESSING
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make fresh broccoli salad

  • Step 1
    Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in small bowl and mix until smooth to make the dressing.
  • Step 2
    Combine all salad ingredients, except bacon, in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and stir until well coated.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, better if left overnight. Add bacon just before serving.
