Fresh Broccoli Salad
1 pkgbroccoli florets
12 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 boxgolden raisins
1/2 ctoasted almonds or pecans
4 ozcheese, schredded, optional
1/4 cwhite vinegar
How to Make Fresh Broccoli Salad
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in small bowl and mix until smooth to make the dressing.
- Combine all salad ingredients, except bacon, in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and stir until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, better if left overnight. Add bacon just before serving.
