Found this recipe through church. Surprisingly good and its healthy.

Ingredients

1 pkg
broccoli florets
12 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 box
golden raisins
1/2 c
toasted almonds or pecans
2
apples, diced
4 oz
cheese, schredded, optional

DRESSING

1 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
white vinegar
1/2 c
sugar

Step-By-Step

1Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in small bowl and mix until smooth to make the dressing.
2Combine all salad ingredients, except bacon, in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and stir until well coated.
3Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, better if left overnight. Add bacon just before serving.
