four bean salad
The recipie is an old one. My Grandmother Lee used to make this when I was a kid, only she used fresh beans out out the garden, canned kidney and garbanzo's for the others.

Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can waxed beans (yellow)
- 1 can green beans not french cut
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas), rinsed
- 1/2 small onion, sliced thin ,then cut in half
- 2 to 3 tablespoons green or sweet red pepper diced
- 2/3 cup vinegar, white or apple cider
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegtable oil
How To Make four bean salad

Step 1Wisk dressing ingredients together to dissolve sugar.

Step 2Pour over beans, refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Stir occasionally.
