evelyn's broccoli slaw

This is my sister's Slaw she makes for family events. We all love it. I'm moving out of state for work soon and I talked her into giving it to me. I love the blend of crasins and sunflower seeds! Also, feel free to add any veggies you have and need to use. it's a very tasty and adaptable slaw. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 package broccoli slaw mix
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup broccoli florets, in small bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup crasins, diced
- 1/2 cup any fresh veggies you have and want to use, such as cucumbers, carrots, red or yellow bell peppers, raddish, etc
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar or 1/2 sugar and 1/2 spenda
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (more to taste)
How To Make evelyn's broccoli slaw

Step 1Whisk together mayo, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice and zest, and vinegar.

Step 2Toss over veggies. Refrigerate for like 2 hours covered. Enjoy!
