egg salad (mayo-free)
This is a low-carb or keto recipe-we serve it on low-carb bread. My husband doesn't care for mayo, so I made it this way, and we both love it. You can also add either chopped green onions, pickle relish, or anything else you'd like. I think it would be good with chopped pickled jalapeno peppers.

- 5 large eggs, boiled and peeled
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
